  • To do so, you should consult the technical data sheet of the property in question, by either searching using the search engine, or entering the property reference number (if known)

Once you have accessed the file in question, you will be able to request a viewing using the "Request Viewing" form.

Once the request has been processed, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible

Step 3 - Submit an offer to buy/rent the property viewed.

If you are interested in any of our properties, you can send us an offer to buy/rent it, after having viewed the property and found out about its condition. Offers are personal and non-transferable. In order to submit the offer, you must access the property's technical data sheet and send the "Submit Offer" form.

For the case in which the offer is of rent, mandatorily should attach scaned to the form of the offer, the following documentation:

Photocopy of the D.N.I.

Photocopy of the last three payslips.

Employment contract (with start date of 1 year ago or more) or

Freelance worker

or Residency card.

Photocopy of CIF number (Tax code) Statement of Personal Income Tax or Corporation Tax Returns Latest annual VAT returns Once registered, the offer will be studied and processed and, in the event of its acceptance, this will be communicated as soon as possible. Bankia will get in touch with you

at the phone number or email address you provided in order to formalise a Rental Reservation Contract within a maximum of 10 calendar days after you have been notified of your offer being accepted, in order to arrange to sign the contract at the branch of your choice.

  • This Contract includes the following clauses: The equivalent of one month's rent will be held in the client's account (non-existing customers will be required to open a Bankia account) for 30 days.
  • After this period, if the lease contract is not signed for reasons attributable to the client, Bankia will charge the account for the above-mentioned amount by way of compensation.
  • If the lease contract is not signed after this period for reasons not attributable to the client, the hold can be lifted or maintained, at the client's discretion.
    If the user interested wishes to carry out all of the necessary procedures for registering for supply of utilities his/herself, the rental contract can be signed sooner.
    • If Bankia is responsible for registering the property for utilities, the contract will be signed after the period needed to complete this registration. When the contract is signed, the following amounts and fees shall be debited from the relevant Bankia account:
    • One month's rent, as processing fees.
    • The bank will bill this amount, including VAT.
    • One month's rent, as a deposit.

The rent for the month in question or a proportional percentage of the rent depending on the day of the month on which the contract is signed.

On payment of the above amounts and the signing of the contract, the customer will be given one set of keys to the property.

      En dicho Contrato se recogen las siguientes cl�usulas:

      • Retenci�n en la cuenta del cliente (si no lo es, se deber� abrir una cuenta en Bankia) del importe de la renta de un mes, durante el per�odo de 30 d�as.
      • Transcurrido ese plazo, si no se firma el contrato de arrendamiento por causas imputables al cliente, Bankia cargar� en la cuenta el importe en concepto de indemnizaci�n.
      • En caso de que transcurrido el plazo no se hubiera firmado el contrato de arrendamiento por causas no imputables al cliente, se proceder� a levantar la retenci�n o bien a continuar con ella si el cliente as� lo solicita.
    • Si el interesado solicita realizar el alta de suministros, asumiendo las gestiones por su cuenta, el contrato de alquiler se podr�a firmar en un breve plazo tiempo. null

      A la firma del contrato, se pagar�n mediante cargo en cuenta abierta en la Entidad, las siguientes cantidades y conceptos:

      • El importe de una renta, como gastos de gesti�n. null
      • El importe de una renta, en concepto de fianza.
      • El importe de la renta del mes correspondiente o la parte proporcional de dicha renta al d�a del mes en que se realiza la firma.
      • Timbres a cargo del arrendatario en concepto del Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales (ITP).

      Al cargo de las cantidades mencionadas y la firma del contrato, se proceder� a la entrega de un solo juego de llaves.
