Bankia has a special helpline for people with hearing and/or speech impairments.

Anyone interested can access the instructions to download the software needed to use this service to their mobile phone, absolutely free of charge.

Bankia thus becomes the first leading financial institution to adopt this sytem, which allows users with hearing impairments to contact the Customer Service Helpline from their mobile phone, by text and real-time, without the need for other people to act as intermediaries. This line is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

  • Outside these hours, the user will be able to leave a message, so that on the following day, free of charge, the company will get in touch with him.

Bankia se convierte as� en la primera gran entidad financiera en adoptar este sistema, que permite al usuario con discapacidad auditiva contactar con el Servicio de Atenci�n Telef�nica desde su tel�fono m�vil, en modo texto y en tiempo real, y sin necesidad de otras personas que act�en como intermediarios.
